Returns & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a return or refund.

Inspection and Refunds Process

We operate a strict return-and-inspect policy to ensure the integrity of our inventory:

  1. Return Shipment: You must ship the product back to our designated return address.

  2. Condition Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will thoroughly inspect its condition.

  3. Full Refund Approval: If the item is verified to be in its original, brand-new condition, we will approve and process your full refund.

  4. Rejection or Partial Refund: If the item is returned damaged, used, missing parts, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund entirely or offer a partial store credit at our sole discretion.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it can take a few business days (typically 3-7 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and assume the risk of loss of or damage to the product during return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Defective Items
